He is survived by: his mother Jerry Lee Ayers (McMasters) of Stockton, Missouri.; his wife Nancy Ayers; his daughter Rachael Lee Rudanovich (Stephenie); his grandson Benjamin Jacob Jackson; his cousins, Clayton McMasters (Shelly) and Cheryl Duncan (Steve); his stepson David Vignoe (Alissa); and his grandchildren, Piper Marie and Jack Davidson.
