He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Wayne and Frankie Nell Bowen (Bransetter); his wife Dianna; his sisters, Carleta Burnett (Don), Joy Jeffries (John) and Pam Bowen (Tom); his sister-in-law Sherry Snowden (Darrell); and his close friend Philip Gordon. He was also cherished by three sisters.
