It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda Cook (Stockton, Missouri), born in Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on December 30, 2019, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Cook; and her sons, Quentin and Zachary. She is also survived by her mother, two brothers and a half sister.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Quentin and Zachary Cook's college expenses.
