She was predeceased by: her parents, Granvil Budd and Ardis Budd (Hoover); her grandparents, Robert and Verda Hoover; and her brother-in-law Wesley Jeffries.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Kenney; her sons, James Robert (Angela), Granvil Dean of Stockton and Lynden Ray Kenney (Peggy) of Stockton; her grandchildren, John Kenney (Kristen) of Kodiak, Alaska, Ilene Charlton (Matt) of Macks Creek, Kalena Bruce (Billy) of Stockton, Chelsea Abercrombie (Josh) of Stockton, Tyler Kenney of Stockton, Browning Proctor (Kevin) of Stockton, Parker Kenney of Stockton and Silas Kenney (Hailey) of Stockton; her great grandchildren, Mya, Livia, Garrett, Isla, Boone, Gus, Bella, Gretta and Jubal; and her siblings, Bobby Budd and Marcene Jeffries (Budd). She is also survived by In-laws; cousins; nieces and nephews.
