He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie June Culbertson (Zeiler) and Cotton; his in-laws, Kenneth and Wilma Sims of Stockton, MO; his niece Tondra Phillips; and his grandson Corbin Wallace Mayhugh.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sims; his children, Franci (Ryan), Lyndel of Springfield, MO and Chelsea Mayhugh (Cody); his brother Jimmy Jo (Carrie); his sister-in-law Carol Phillips (Joe); his nephews, Bron Phillips, Bren Phillips (Lindsey) and Austin Culbertson (Danielle); and his niece Madison Carter (Ellis). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Stockton Missionary Baptist Church.
