He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd D. Turner and Elnora Turner (Hickman) of Stockton; and his wife Denzial Wallen. He is survived by: his son Scott Kevin Turner (Denise) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Ben Turner, Rachel Harrington (Ryan) and Kenneth Jeffry Turner (Greta) of Wentzville, MO; his great grandchildren, Lauren Kelch (Connor) of Springfield, Hannah and Mark Turner of Wentzville, MO.; his son Kenneth Jeffry; and also Everett of Nixa, MO. He is also survived by father, he loved his two boys.
