He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Granville and Opal Neill (Marble); his daughters, Patty Hill and Judy Weir; his siblings, Robert, Wes, Russell, Elmer, George, Charlie Neill, Bonnie Irvine and Lorena Green; and his close friend Aretta Peach.
He is survived by: his son Randy Neill (Andrea); and his siblings, Florene Blair and Bennie Neill. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and numerous other family members.
