He is survived by: his mother Lucile Bowen of Stockton; his wife Rebecca; his children, James Bowen (Taylor) of Michigan, Ashley Tripp and Kimberly Bowen; his grandchildren, Brezlynn Bowen and Paisliegh Bowen; his siblings, Linda Wykoff (Arron) of Stockton, Brenda Shanks (Mike) of Lockwood Missouri, Berlyn Bowen of Stockton and Tommy Bowen (Amber); and his friend Especially. He is also survived by 5 siblings.
