She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Allen Puckett of Marionville, Rachael Boettcher (Mike) and Shari Puckett of Cassville; her grandchildren, Robert Rasar, Lisa Gregory and John Puckett; and her siblings, Dorothy Wilken, Ellis Mayfield (Trude), Lowell Mayfield (Betty), Bill Mayfield (Jan), Carol Goddard, Ann Sappington (Charles), Jeannie Gray (Tom) and Fern Crumrine (Elwin). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.
