He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam Rutledge and Gertrude Rutledge; his wife Phyllis Marie Robison; his children, Debra Stetina (Lonnie), Steve (Phyllis), Tom (Teresa) and Brent (Joy); and his siblings, Marcella Cotter of Springfield, Gus Rutledge (Patsy) of Stockton, Fontella Barritt and Denzil Rutledge. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 3 step great-grandchildren.
