He is survived by: his wife Kristie; his children, Cole Keeton (Leah) and Carlie Keeton; his parents, Robert Keeton and Karen Keeton (Bell); his sister Kristi Keeton; his aunts, Vera Keeton, Donna Parks (John) and Irene Bell; his uncle John Keeton (Bonnie); his in-laws, Butch and Glenda Boban; his sister-in-law Joy Rutledge (Brent); his niece Chayla Slaton (Ray); and his nephews, Bowen (Benson Slaton) and Reece Rutledge (Miriah).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Northside Christian Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at the Pleasant Springs Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Northside Springfield Chapter of Cross Trail Outfitters (CTO), an organization close to David's heart.
