He was predeceased by: his sister Vera Wade. He is survived by: his wife Dana Williams Scott; his daughter Trudy Booker; his grandchildren, Karla Adams (Matt), Chad Rust (Maureen), Ann Todd, Christi Cessna (Mitch), Traci Bishop (Thomas) and Leslie Booker; and his great grandchildren, Drew, Ashton Porter, Ian, Marin, Colleen Rust, Jeran, Jacob Todd, Haley, Caleb, Tyler Cessna and Matthew Bishop.
