It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leila Jean Ames (Stella, Missouri), born in San Jose, California, who passed away on September 24, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Patricia Knipe; and her son Glen "Dob" Overstreet. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Overstreet of Pineville, Nancy Overstreet of Lincoln, James, Kathy Overstreet of Seneca, Ben, Susan Overstreet of Pineville, Erica, Steve Conness of Grove and Katrina Overstreet of Sulphur Springs, Arkansas; and her siblings, Joy, Ray Kay of Texas, Barbara, Larry Armstrong of Texas, Cynthia Robertson-Hollendback of Oklahoma, Annette, Richard Robertson of Arizona, Jerry and Linda Robertson of Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
