He is survived by: his children, Bryan Smith (Tammera) of Stella, Shelly Capps (Mike) of Neosho and Chris Cook (Janice) of Granby; his grandchildren, Riley Capps, Chase Capps, Christian Cook, Hadley Smith, Brynne Smith and Jayden Capps; and his brother Vernie Cook (Mildred) of Neosho.
