He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Lee and Myrtle Louise Medley (Ivy); his wife Helen Marie Medley; and his siblings, Toni, Lea and Raymond.
He is survived by: his sons, Jack Lee Medley (Sherri) of Neosho and Jerry Dale Medley (Pam) of Bethel Heights, Arkansas; his siblings, Norman Medley (Billie) of Florida, Bill Medley (Kay) of Arizona, Melba Cliffman of Oklahoma and Carolyn Wiggins of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Tiffany Lynn Medley, Tyler Lee Medley (Christie Ann), Darren Ray Medley, Shelby Louise Hendrix, Amber Diane Medley, Megan Sweat and Jason Errett; his great grandchildren, Carter Ray Dutra, Colt Douglas Hendrix and Eva Leann Bilyeu; his mother-in-law Gladys Marie Woodfill of Pineville, Missouri; and his friend Dale.
