He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris "Hank" Lee Snelson (Pearl) and Blanche A. Snelson; his brother Bob Snelson; his cousin Bill Snelson; and his close friend Fred Barr.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Snelson of Steelville, MO; his stepchildren, Rachel Hutson of Sullivan, MO and Ryan Hutson (Destiny) of Simpsonville, SC; his parents-in-law, Sidney and Carol Hutson of Cuba, MO; his siblings-in-law, Faron Hutson of Cuba, MO and Sue Copeland (Joe) of Gerald, MO; his niece Lisa Nothuas of Rolla, MO; and his cousins, Nancy Stickle of St. Louis, MO and Keith Snelson of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
