It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shurman Payne of Steelville, Missouri, born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on March 13, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Anderson Payne and Jewel Rogers Payne; his wife Sandy Payne; his siblings, Billy Payne, Bobby Payne and Glenna Wilson; and his brother-in-law Rick Mattingly.
He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Lewis; his children, Lori Payne (Jerry) of Steelville, MO, Malinda Eaton (Bill) of Cherryville, MO and Steven Garrett of Steelville, MO; his grandchildren, Dylan, Tyler Payne, William, Matthew Eaton and Paige Garrett; his great grandchildren, Tristan, Addilynn, Kyle and Kynlee; his siblings, Roy Payne (Mary), Larry Payne, Betty Campbell (James) of St. Louis, MO, Judy Mattingly of Doe Run, MO and Susan Lunsford (Mike) of Park Hills, MO; and his daughter Diane Green. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives.
Memorials may be given to the Family for funeral expenses.
