It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle Stichnote (Steelville, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on November 29, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stichnote and Cordelia Schrier Stichnote. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Stichnote of Steelville; his children, Mike Stichnote (Kim) of Ashland, MO and Lynn Stichnote (Steve Barnes) of Rolla, MO; his grandchildren, Zachary Barnes (Megan), Andrew Barnes, Amanda Melloway (Jon), Alexandra Stichnote and Sam Stichnote; his great grandchildren, Chase, Cayden and Chloe; and his brother Allen Stichnote (Julie) of Jennings, MO. He is also survived by other relatives; and friends.
