She is survived by: her son Patrick Clyde Smith (Laurie) of Steelville, MO; her niece Ann Lewis; her daughter Gail Cape of Cuba, MO; her brother Larry Lewis (Barbara) of Steelville, MO; her grandchildren, Jeremy King (Melissa) of Eureka, MO, Samantha Parks (Josh) of Belgrade, MO and Sunni Nelson (Jesse) of Sullivan, MO; and her great grandchildren, Mira Nelson, Jenson Parks, Boone Parks, Ava King and Gavin King. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
