It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lloyd Snodgrass Jr. of Steelville, Missouri, born in Vichy, Missouri, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Lloyd", Sr. Snodgrass and Adeline Snodgrass; his wife Martha Snodgrass; his son Lester Paul Snodgrass; his parents-in-law, George and Lucille Drewel; his siblings, Wilbur "Bill" Snodgrass (Nell), William "Bob" Snodgrass (Virginia), Buel Pershing "Jake" Snodgrass (Mary Lou), Harvey Allen Snodgrass, Paul Snodgrass (Genevieve), Jewel Cruts (John), Norma Dean Spencer (Spence) and Gold Dean Rodriquez (Rudy); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Drewel, George Drewel, Don Drewel (Barbara) and Pat Duquenoy (Maurice "Duke").
He is survived by: his sons, Johnny Snodgrass (Tammy) of St. James, MO, Dan Snodgrass (Summer) of Nixa, MO and Tim Snodgrass of Steelville, MO; his sisters-in-law, Verna Snodgrass of Owensville, MO, Terry Drewel of Licking, MO, Evelyn Drewel of Union, MO and Della "Faye" Dautenhahn (Bill Cloud) of Slidell, LA; his grandchildren, John Lawrence Snodgrass (Heather) of Cape Girardeau, MO, Sherri Cornick (Mike) of Steelville, MO, Jacob Snodgrass (Amy) of Aurora, CO, Jennifer Ensign (Dustin) of Cameron, MO and Matthew Snodgrass of Cameron; his great grandchildren, Taylor Conaway (Daulton), Andrew Cornick, Oliver Snodgrass, Corin Ensign and Xander Ensign; and his great great grandchild Evangeline Cornick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
