He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Edward Dobbs and Ernestine Lula Dobbs (Maness); his parents-in-law, Bruce and Joetta Bailey; his siblings, Edward Dobbs, Katherine Logan (John) and Donna Kay Payne; his stepson Jeremy Bailey; and his son-in-law David Young.
He is survived by: his former wives, Patricia Brown and Rebecca Sapper; his son Shannon (Tracy Williams) of Steelville, MO; his former wife Kimberly Bailey; his wife Kim Dobbs of Steelville, MO; his children, Tina Young of Waynesville, MO, David Williams (Cathy Wallace) of Hillsboro, MO, Dominic Dobbs (Julie Speranza) of Lowville, NY, Kerry Pence of Steelville, MO and Susan (Dan Powell) of Cuba, MO; his siblings, Shirley Stevens of St. Louis, MO, Larry (Connie Dobbs) of Steelville, MO, Bobby Dobbs of Steelville, MO and Linda (Tim Courtway) of Potosi, MO; and his brother-in-law Jerry Payne of Sullivan, MO. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be given to the family to help with final expenses.
