Halbert and Lillian Martin Halbert; his wife Ruth Ann Halbert; his siblings, Homer Halbert (Ethel), Carmen Halbert (Mary Lee), Estel Halbert, Horace Halbert, Everett Halbert, Leora Halbert, Hallie Martin (Monroe), Bell Ives (Ed), Nell Hotchkiss (Walter) and Ina Kreamalmeyer (Clarence); his stepson Mitchell Huggins; his grandson Jordon Turner; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Trask and Clark Trask Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Culley (Conrad) of Cedar Hill, MO, Myron "Rastus" Halbert (Shari) of Steelville, MO and Mike Halbert (Joyce) of Steelville, MO; his grandchildren, Alexis Huggins, Andrew Huggins, Megan Turner, Courtney Moreland (Ryan), Shannon Werley (Casey), Kylee Halbert, Nolan Halbert, Gibson Halbert, Blanche Halbert and Ripken Halbert; his great grandchildren, Khloe, Grace Werley, Cason, Dawson Werley, Nirvana Turner, Emma and Clark Huggins; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Trask (Lorene) of Little Rock, AR and Sharon Trask of Potosi, MO. He is also survived by other relatives; and many friends.
