With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Kay Richards of Steelville, Missouri, who passed away on March 1, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Brenda departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Brenda. Though Brenda may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parent Mildred Callahan; her brother Freddy Callahan; and her half-brother Danny Reeves. She is survived by: her husband Ron Richards of Steelville, MO; her daughter Angie Zefferi (Armand) of Steelville, MO; her granddaughter Mya Zefferi; and her friend Virginia Mae Halbert. She is also survived by other relatives; and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home (110 Cedar St, Steelville, MO 65565). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
