She was predeceased by: her parents, John Golden Manues and Bertha Alma Christenson Manues; her husband Roman Stricklin; her siblings, Richard Manues (Audrey), Raymond Manues (Dorothy), Donald Manues (Cathy), Johnny Manues (Gail), Edward Barber (Josephine), Louis Barber (Virginia), Jimmy Barber (Geneva), Mary Husch (Larry), Sandra Husch (John) and Jaunita "Sissy" Zorn (Charles); her grandson Scott Pelton; her parents-in-law, Leslie and Ethel Stricklin; her brothers, Cecil Graddy, Lawrence Stricklin (Rosie), Norman Stricklin, Cecil Stricklin (Betty Jean), Jessie Stricklin (Betty Lou) and Cletis Stricklin; and also Merna Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Stricklin (Rebecca) of Arnold, MO, Kenneth Stricklin (Alicia) of Rolla, MO, Kathaleen Sanders (Dean Stegmanm) of Steelville, MO and Linda Stricklin of Steelville, MO; her grandchildren, Travis Sanders (Jennifer Winner), Cody Sanders, Leslie Stricklin (Kevin Lipson), Kara Link (Zachary), Urilla Hardin (Reid Conaway), Christopher Stricklin (Marika), Lena Stricklin (Garrick Lonning), Paden Stricklin (Sheena), Hardin, Ashley Pelton, Gracie and Maddie Stegmann; her great grandchildren, Chase Sanders, K. C. Sanders, J. C. Sanders, Tinley Sanders, Tanner Stricklin, Ziva Link, Ian, Gavin and Jayla Pelton; and her sister Frances Graddy of Owensville, MO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives; and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home (110 Cedar St, Steelville, MO 65565). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at the Keysville Cemetery.
