She was predeceased by: her husband William Forbis; her parents, Ernest Smith and Lena Mae Smith; and her siblings, Ernest Smith, II, Donald Smith and Peggy Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Simpson (Michael); her grandchildren, Lyn Cronk (Aaron) and Michelle Petras (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Samantha Allred (Kenny), Karlie Cronk and Abigail Petras; and her great great grandchildren, Parker Smith and Evelynn Allred.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Baue Funeral Home - St Charles (620 Jefferson St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Anna Mae's name to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
