She was predeceased by: her mother Countis Reeves; the father of her children David Whaley, Sr.; her son David Whaley, Jr.; her grandson Jesse Whaley; her siblings, Dorothy Abney (Amos) and Jewell Myers; her brother-in-law Earl Garms; her niece Betsey Young; and her nephews, Paul Young, Vernon Ray Abney and Justin Gunn.
She is survived by: her daughter Kerrie Whaley of Steelville, MO; her grandchildren, Dakota Whaley of Steelville, MO, Landon Whaley of Steelville, MO and Amber Whaley of Indianapolis, IN; her sisters, Georgia Garms of Steelville, MO, Eula Young (Lee) of Steelville, MO, Mabel Swink (Joe) of Farmington, MO and Rosemary Huck (Jim) of Rolla, MO; and her close friends, Judy Greene (Bob) of Beech Grove, IN and Julia Edmonds (Bruce) of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
