It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Gail West of Steele, Missouri, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendall Fureigh and Beulah Baldwin Fureigh; her husband Danny Keith West; her daughter Brandy West; her grandparents, Laura Pearl, Roy Baldwin and Mildred Chambers; and her granddaughter Jessie Howell.
She is survived by: her daughter April Pittle (Josh) of Steele, MO; her siblings, Melanie Matthews (Al) of Montgomery, TX and Mike Fureigh (Susan) of Montgomery, AL; her grandchildren, Trucker McClish, Blake McClish (Liliana), Dawson McClish (Ansley), Dakota Pittle (Rosaline) and Kyle Pittle; her great grandchildren, Ella McClish, Sawyer McClish, Amelia McClish, Rylan McClish and Lyric McClish; and her nephews, Joseph Fureigh, Andy Cook, Patrick Matthews and Preston Matthews. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the H. S. Smith Funeral Chapel (808 Ward Ave, Caruthersville, MO 63830). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Little Prairie Cemetery (Caruthersville, MO 63830).
