He is survived by: his children, Randy Gilliam Jr. of Elk Grove, Mike, Kellie Gilliam of Armorel, Jennifer and David Ochoa of Winchester, California; and his siblings, Charles Gilliam of Hardy, Arkansas, Frieda (Wade Mullins), Wanda Lamon of Blytheville, Debbie Parham of Dresden and Betty Anderson of Blytheville, Arkansas. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
