He was predeceased by: his mother Gertrude Stewart. He is survived by: his father Kessaw Williams of Steele, MO; his sons, Parnell Williams, Jr. and Kessaw Williams; and his siblings, Abdul Stewart, James Mixon, Marilyn Stewart, Mary Stewart and Everlyn Stewart. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
