We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2024, at the age of 73, Neva Diane Shipley of Steele, Missouri, born in Neelyville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Skaggs and Florence Skaggs (Burns); and her husband John Shipley. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Stephanie Shipley) of Steele, MO and Wesley (Jeannie Shipley) of Steele, MO; her grandchildren, Rebecca Hughes, Tabitha Dripps, Taz Shipley and Sky Shipley; her pet Barney; and her close friends, Tobey Johnson and Myrna McKay. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
