It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kandi Denise Lipscomb of Steele, Missouri, born in Hayti, Missouri, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James E. Lipscomb. She is survived by: her mother Paula Johnson Lipscomb; her daughters, Kassie Tetter (Chris) and Kayla Rogers (Jamie); her brother Phillip Lipscomb; and her grandchildren, Coby, Billy, Emma, Justice, Eriq and Kyla.
