With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Lewis (Steele, Missouri), born in Dell, Arkansas, who passed away on July 7, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cuthbert Lewis (Buss) and Mable Ester Simpson Lewis; his brothers, Beacher Bert, Richard Allan and Robert Wayne; his former wife Inez Whitney; his sons, John Lewis Pasmore of Jonesboro and Andrew Dallas (Jamie Pasmore) of Jonesboro; his husband Cameron Durham of Pocahontas; his stepchildren, Kim Crews of Jackson and Kris Crews of Steeleville; his stepgranddaughters, Erin and Allie Strayhorn of Jackson; and his pet Takita Belle.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers a memorial be made to the First Baptist Church in Steele.
