He is survived by: his wife Sheila Shook; his children, Sarah Rose, Zechariah Balch (Cindy), Hannah Klein (Trevor), James Balch (Brittni), Jedidiah Balch (Amy), Luke Balch (Lacey), Micah Balch, Jesaiah Balch, Julia Balch, Danijel Balch and Elijah Balch; and his brothers, Bob Balch (Lisa) and Gary Balch.
