She was predeceased by: her parents, Reba Eden (Wormington) and Herrel Elzie Eden; and her sister Shirley Benton. She is survived by: her sons, Jim Brown (Sheri) of Ft. Worth, TX and Terry Brown (Robin) of Granby, MO; her sister Alice Shinn (Glen) of Bryan, TX; and her grandsons, Gordon Brown and Jackson Brown.

Due to health concerns from the COVID virus, no viewing or visitation will be held.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions in honor of Mary be made to Newtonia Baptist Church, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66; Neosho, MO 64850.
