She was predeceased by: her parents, James Regan and Velma Regan (Jacobs); her husband Gary Edward Middleton; and her brother James Regan. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Middleton-Ross of Joplin, Brian Edward Middleton of Aurora and Ginger Middleton-Martin (Tim) of Stark City. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
