He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Paynton and Mary Paynton (Haydon). He is survived by: his wife Maggie Hall; his children, Michael (Donna Paynton) of Lovelock, Susan (Richard Weiskopf) of Rosebud, Calvin (Chris Paynton) of Wylie and John Paynton of Stanton, Missouri; his sister Grace Shelden of Dixon, Missouri; and his brothers-in-law, Harold (Al Hall) of Cuba, Missouri and Ray (Mary Hall) of Cuba, Missouri. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews and many friends.
