It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl D. Sappington of Stanton, Missouri, who passed away on May 21, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Sappington (Gallinger) and J. B. Sappington; his siblings, James Sappington and Letha McCleary; and his grandson Joseph Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Sappington of Sullivan, MO; his children, Myrna Sappington Parker of Spring Bluff, MO, Carl Sappington, Jr. (Karen) of Sullivan, MO and Timothy Sappington (Christina) of Stanton, MO; and his grandchildren, Kelsy Parker Solomon (Mike) of Vancouver, WA, Ronald Parker II (Crista) of Sullivan, MO, Rachel Saltzman (Chris) of Spring Bluff, MO, Jacob Sappington (Charlotte) of Sullivan, MO, James Sappington (Bria) of Japan, MO, Timothy Sappington, Jr. (Amanda) of Stanton, MO and Jessica Nigh of Stanton, MO. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
