Tanis Marie Colwell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tanis Marie Colwell of Stanberry, Missouri, who passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hunt and Alyce Hunt (Deaver); her spouse Jackie Lee "Jack" Colwell; and her sister Bonnie Swalley. She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Farley; her grandson Christopher Farley; her great grandchildren, Brant and Bryden Farley; and her sisters, Connie Wilmes, Delores Jackson, Gayla Reeves (Bob), Carol Middleton (David) and Joy Harms (Barry).

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Price Funeral Home (120 E 1st St, Maryville, MO 64468). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

The family suggests memorials to the Nebraska Children's Home.
