She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett B. Umphry and Lela Genevieve Umphry (Arnold); and her siblings, Eugene Umphry and Sue Wilmes. She is survived by: her husband Gary Gage; her daughters, Sharon Lynn Bond (Wayne) of Stanberry, MO and Tammy Sparks (Zach) of Stanberry, MO; her grandchildren, Joe Bond (Shelby), Dillon Bond, Gage Armfield, Gillian Armfield, Bryttani Sparks, Bryant Sparks and Randall Creed Harbour; her great grandchildren, Avrey, Cooper and Hazel; and her siblings, Pat Hicks and Garry Umphry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
