He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Kurtright and Sara. He is survived by: his daughter Steve Kurtright (Deborah) of McKinney, TX; his niece Jo Beth Fitzpatrick (Gary) of Dekalb, IL.; and also, Jim Kurtright (Martha), Terry Kurtright (Debbie) and Ronda Kurtright.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Christian Church of Stanberry and/or Mosaic Life Care Hospice of Stanberry in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 153, Stanberry, MO 64489.
