He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Carroll and Aloha Carroll; his wife Madonna Arnold; and his siblings, Betty Ruckman and Marlin Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, LeDonna McIntosh (Chuck) and Bryan Carroll (Lynn); his sister Vera Davis of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Bren McIntosh Duvall (Pell), Clif McIntosh (Amanda), Lindsey Wood (Robert), Megan Wiederholt (Colby) and Mitch Carroll (Kiera); and his great grandchildren, Indigo Duvall, Georgia McIntosh, Adyson, Hensley Wood, Brayden Cully, Jansen Wiederholt and Lucas Carroll.
