He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Fanning of Stanberry, MO; his children, Donna McGlothlin, Bobbi Jo McGlothlin (Juan Gonzalez), Stacie Painter (William Dawson), Liberty Joyce, Jennifer Brown (Eddie), Jay Patrick McGlothlin Jr., DJ McGlothlin (Jamie) and Jake Jacobs; and his siblings, James McGlothlin, Gary McGlothlin (Rhonda), Steve McGlothlin (Karla), Glenn McGlothlin (Terry) and Diane McGlothlin (Robert Funk). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
