Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Herbert Kendall VanVactor Jr. of Stanberry, Missouri, born in Bethany, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 75, on October 24, 2024. He was predeceased by: his brother Dean; and his parents, Alice and Herb Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Bev; his sons, Brett (Cami) of Platte City, MO, Darin (Olivia) of Silver Lake, KS and Cody (Jessica) of Joplin, MO; his grandchildren, Addison, Mason, Brock, Maclin, Matthew, Wade, Bella, Faith and Lila; and his sister Marge Sowards.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the First Christian Church (115 E 4th St, Stanberry, MO 64489). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Stanberry Booster Club and/or Hawthorne Foundation and /or Stanberry Golf Club in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 153, Stanberry, MO 64489.
