She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Cooper and Marie Cooper; her husband Robert O'Neal; and her brother Gary "Buzz" Cooper. She is survived by: her son Russell R "Rusty" O'Neal (Susan) of Oakland, MD; her grandson Curtis O'Neal (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Rylie and Cole of Friendsville, MD; her sisters, Colleen Lane of Stanberry, MO and Carol Evans of Maryville, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Charles W. "Bill" (Mary Nell O'Neal) of Lake Forest, CA and Springs of Colorado. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Memorial Services and inurnment in High Ridge Cemetery, Stanberry, MO will be held at a later date due to COVID-19.
