Cecile Fern Cooper Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecile Fern Cooper of Stanberry, Missouri, who passed away on August 13, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Cooper and Marie Cooper; her husband Robert O'Neal; her brother Gary "Buzz" Cooper; and her siblings-in-law, Jane Cooper, George Evans and Eldon Lane.
She is survived by: her son Russell R "Rusty" O'Neal (Susan) of Oakland, MD; her grandson Curtis O'Neal (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Rylie and Cole of Friendsville, MD; her siblings, Colleen Lane of Stanberry, MO, Carol Evans of Maryville, MO and Jerry Ross Cooper; and her siblings-in-law, Charles W. "Bill" (Mary Nell O'Neal) of Lake Forest, CA and Springs of Colorado. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Memorial Services and inurnment in High Ridge Cemetery, Stanberry, MO will be held at a later date due to COVID-19.
