Bessie Duley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2022, at the age of 102, Bessie Duley of Stanberry, Missouri, born in Denver, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Sowards and Crystal Sowards (Whorlow); her husband Ray E. Duley; her daughter Nancy Duley King; her son-in-law Gene Wharton; and her siblings, Jim Sowards, Jude Osborn, Bonnie Taff and Helen Osborn.

She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Wharton; her sister-in-law Marge Sowards of Stanberry, MO; her grandchildren, Billy King, Kim Berry (Brian), Vanessa Herridge (Matt), Heather Ward (Patrick) and Grant Wharton (Shelley); her great grandchildren, Dustin, Chris King, Ashlyn Berry, Jake Herridge (Haley), Adria Kessler (Markus), Brandon Herridge, Cassidy Daye (Royce), Nathan, Bridget Ward, Carsyn, Rowyn and Griffin Wharton; and her great great grandchildren, Piper Herridge and Wesley Kessler.
