It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Lee Roush of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on December 17, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harvey "Lee" Roush and Bessie Roush (Pearsall); his wife Toni Ellen Getty; his siblings, Jackie Smith, Robert "Bobby" Roush and Thomas "Tom" Roush; his son-in-law Eugene Wood; his children, Tammy Mast (Tom), Eric Roush (Diana) and Karen Wood; his grandchildren, Jacoby Mast, Skylar Wood, Nikkole Wood and Nakita Wood; his siblings, John Roush (Carol), Martha Little, Barbara Burtrum (David) and Diane Ishee (Bobby); and his family, Kellen Mast (Amanda), Brynlee Mast, Adelynn Mast, Hayleigh Carter and Clayton Carter. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Wilson's Creek National Battlefield Foundation or the Gillioz Theater in honor of Bill's dedication to history and preservation.
