He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Gene Duncan and Shirley Sylvia Lee Duncan (Blake); and his sister Audrey Duncan. He is survived by: his foster mother Marie Wallace (Sandra Duncan); his siblings, Sylvia Duncan-Hasty (Jim Hasty), Marie Duncan-Mooney, Sammie McCallard, Keith Nash and Kirk Nash; his foster sister Debbie Marconi; his children, Shawna Duncan, Angela Wilson, Stephanie Botello (Armando Botello) and William Duncan, Jr.; his grandchildren, Caleb Freeman, Cody Freeman, Jordan Freeman, Kielynn Botello, Jolee Botello, Jaiden Duncan, Tyson Wilson, Rylan Wilson and Ashlyn Duncan; his nephews, Terry Hasty and Jason Moony; and his pet Daisy.
