He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Meyer and Viola Wischmeier; and his brother Larry Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Diane Dirks; his children, Christian (Abby) of Tacoma, Nathan (Shelly) and Ryan of Springfield; his grandchildren, Jordan Meyer, Regan Meyer, Erin Meyer, Grace Meyer, Ethan Meyer and Leah Meyer; his great grandchild Noah Meyer; and his nieces, Marjorie Lutz (David) and Diane Brockman (Dennis).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (1517 E Valley Water Mill Rd, Springfield, MO 65803). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Wil's memory to Faith Lutheran Church.
