He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Gayle McInnis; his sister-in-law Candy McInnis; his aunts and uncles, Caroline Brown, Paula Price, Rick Iffert and Rob Rowney; and his grandparents, Herbert, Rita Iffert, Charles Lee Rowney and Leta Rowney Green.
He is survived by: his parents, Marian Pollard (Iffert) and Clyde Rowney (Connie); his wife Shelli Rowney (McInnis); his sons, Vance Rowney and Shane Rowney; his sister Michelle Stokes (Michael); and his sister-in-law Leora Weiner (Warren). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
